Terms – End User License Agreement

Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User", "You") and VSB DEVS ("Company", "We", "Us") and governs your use of the LoopVideoMaker mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. This license is for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly permitted in writing.

2. Restrictions

• • You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App.
• • You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• • You must not use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.
• • You must only use videos or content for which you have legal rights or permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by VSB DEVS.

3. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all videos, images, and content you use within the App. You confirm that you have obtained explicit permission from any individuals appearing in your content and that your use complies with applicable laws.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

We do not collect or store personal data. The App requires photo and storage access solely to import videos and save edited videos locally on your device. We use Google services to detect crashes and app-related events to improve stability. These services may collect non-personal technical data. No videos or personal files are uploaded to our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, layouts, and software code remain the exclusive property of VSB DEVS. Your content remains yours.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process or store payment information. Refunds are subject to platform policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as Google crash reporting. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free performance, uninterrupted availability, or that outputs will meet your expectations. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

VSB DEVS shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damages arising from use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate access if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

11. Updates & Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. We may revise this EULA periodically and you are advised to review it from time to time.

12. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

14. Third-Party Beneficiaries

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.
